Dubai’s first hair fashion show open to the general public will be held on Friday 16 and Saturday 17 October 2009 at The Shangri-La Hotel, Dubai.

If you have a passion for fashion and want to know all about the latest looks, don’t forget that your hairstyle can make or break a look. The Salon Educators has invited the internationally acclaimed myhairdressers.com team, which is made up of up of former Vidal Sassoon educator - and hair genius - Stacey Broughton, celebrity hairdresser Lee Stafford, top colourist Tracy Hayes and rising colour star Bee Dixon, to share the latest trends and styles that are gracing the fashion world catwalks but adapted for daily living.

It will be the team’s first time in Dubai and will provide an opportunity for the hair experts to share their knowledge and tips on how to look “en vogue” but at the same time practical and manageable in day to day life without having to run to a salon every five minutes to maintain the look.!

The creative team, who list a number of celebrities amongst their clients will demonstrate the latest styles, cuts and colours on 12 models on stage before a live audience each evening, and you can watch them transform their looks before your very eyes.

Dates: Friday, October 16 and Saturday, October 17, 2009.

Venue: The Ballroom, The Shangri-La Hotel, Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.

Times: Doors open at 6pm. Show starts at 6.30pm and expected to conclude by 10pm (with interval).

Programme: Models will receive cut and colour onstage with commentary from stylists. Once made over, models will mingle among audience to show off the new look. Finale and photo opportunities.
