Before all these Recipe kids turned up and started hogging the limelight, hip-hopping Emirati brothers Salim and Abdullah Dahman, aka Illmiyah and Arableak, were making the headlines as Desert Heat. Their debut album, When The Desert Speaks, combined radio-friendly beats with musings on modern Arab life. Now they’re kicking off a GCC tour with a gig at Warehouse and we have 10 pairs of tickets to give away.
